About
I'm currently working on research on the relationship of social capital, place and local festivals and have just submitted a paper to a new book. I'm also working on a trans-European HERA Cultural Encounters bid which looks at the ways in which folk, roots and world music festivals provide a setting for the cross-cultural making and remaking of 'tradition'.
